People are at the heart of everything I do. After more than 20 years in recruitment, I still get the greatest buzz from connecting good people, building genuine relationships, and seeing both clients and candidates succeed. I’m naturally competitive (something that started early when I represented England Schoolboys for cricket), but these days it comes out most on the golf course, where I like to think I still have a very handy game — get in touch if you are keen for a golf challenge! Away from work, family is my north star. I’m lucky to have an amazing wife and son, along with our newest and most demanding family member, puppy Rambo. I’m a huge sports fan, love good food, and have become an avid wine collector, although I’m a firm believer that wine is there to be enjoyed rather than to collect dust. Whether it’s work, family, sport or life, I believe that relationships matter, you should enjoy the journey, and most things are better when shared with good people, good food, and a great bottle of wine.
